Come and experience trance dancing. No dance experience necessary.
The music is energetically dynamic with healing sounds and awesome rhythms, transformational breathing techniques together stimulating a trance state that promotes spiritual awakenings, mental clairty, physical stamina and emotinal well-being. The use of a blindfold which covers the eyes allows you to connect to your inner 'self' revealing hidden meanings and awareness. Trance dancing allows your creative spirit to flow. Our body needs to move and our internal state needs to be reopened through meditation and ecstatic embodiment. Come and have some fun exploring your inner-self!
